GSN offers employees both a PPO and HMO medical insurance through CareFirst BlueCross/BlueShield. These plans include medical, vision, dental, and prescription coverage. The cost of insurance varies depending on the coverage selected and the number of dependents.

Transportation/Metro Benefits

GSN will offer employees Metro SmartBenefits, which enable employees to pay up to $230 per month pre-tax dollars towards their transportation expenses.

Retirement Plan 401 (k) plan
|
GSN has a 401k Plan with ING Financial Services. Employees may also choose to roll over funds from other qualified retirement plans upon their date of hire. Employees who join the 401(k) plan may make a pretax contribution ranging from one percent to 15 percent of their eligible compensation. Participants are always 100 percent vested in the value of rollover and employee contribution amounts deposited in their 401(k) account. In addition, all employees will have access to GSN's ING personal financial planner at no additional cost.
